Free Letterbox Shipping Smaller items that can be delivered through your letterbox qualify for free shipping when your order meets the minimum spend threshold — see our site header for the current amount.

Tracked Shipping for Larger Items Larger items are sent via tracked delivery. KitSgt subsidises the shipping cost on these orders, so you'll always get a fair rate at checkout.

Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. During periods of high demand, this may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Royal Mail Collections Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail do not collect on weekends, so orders placed after Friday's collection may not be picked up until the following Monday.

Delivery Times Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Tracked orders will include a tracking reference so you can follow your parcel's progress.

2nd Class options at checkout can take a little longer.  During busy periods, Royal Mail will often prioritise parcels and smaller items can take a week or so to arrive.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 28 working days (international), please get in touch and we'll look into it with the carrier.
